Cosmetic Surgery Industry Veterans Launch New Niche Consulting Firm: Elective Cosmetics, LLC.

January 05 02:30 2019

DETROIT – January 4, 2019 – Cosmetic surgery industry veterans Rob Egerton, Sara Mylenek, Michelle Emmick, Jay Haley, and Kevin Budzynski have announced the launch of their new niche consulting firm; Elective Cosmetics, LLC.

Elective Cosmetics is a full-service, cosmetic consulting firm that partners with doctors, practices, and brands at every level of their business to create awareness, generate leads, convert sales, and drive operational improvements.

Before forming Elective Cosmetics, the members on the team spent a combined 150 years in the cosmetic industry trenches where they worked side by side with over 400 doctors, opened/managed/scaled over 200 practices, managed and trained over 1000 cosmetic practice staff members including 300+ plastic surgery sales consultants, and were directly responsible for over 20,000 plastic surgery patient consultations.

“We have assembled a really great team, a cosmetic surgery industry dream team if you will” Rob Egerton, Founder & CEO commented, “Many of us are the marketing, sales, operations, and information technology brain power that was behind starting, building, and scaling some of the largest national cosmetic brands to date such as Lifestyle Lift, Hair Club, Sono Bello, Ideal Image, Vein Clinics of America, and Great Expressions Dental Centers. We definitely feel that we are “setting the bar” when it comes to our experience, knowledge, and overall approach on both the B2B and B2C sides of the business.”

Sara Mylenek, Co-Founder & COO, commented, “With over 200 practices under our belt, we have a holistic understanding of what it takes to start, manage, scale, and even turn-around cosmetic surgery practices and businesses from every aspect. We feel that our largest value proposition is being able to combine our experience with our partners goals to create a solid foundation that supports measurable growth.”

Elective Cosmetics places a very heavy emphasis around the belief that relationships come first. “It’s all about the relationship” Michelle Emmick, Co-founder & CRO commented, “We have been in this industry a long time and have witnessed the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to personal and business ethics. As an ownership team, we all agreed that one of our rules would be to only align with the best of the best from a skillset, moral, and values standpoint. We truly put relationships before transactions and I think I speak for everyone sitting here when I say that we are excited to bring this mindset and level of service to our future partners throughout the cosmetic surgery industry.”

Jay Haley, Co-founder & CSO, commented, “Having worked side by side with the people on this team for well over a decade, I think it goes without saying that we have a deep admiration and respect for each other as business partners and friends, but also as visionaries in this industry. We each bring a different and unique perspective to our firm that will benefit our clients and partners.”

“There is a lot of noise in the market right now.” Kevin Budzynski, Co-Founder & CMO commented, “With over 5 billion searches being performed every day across multiple devices you can quickly get drowned out. We see many cosmetic practices and brands waste time, money, and resources on random marketing campaigns and operational initiatives without a cohesive, overarching strategy.” Kevin went on to say; “Everything we recommend, create, and implement is derived from a rigorous understanding of the cosmetic surgery industry. We are continually studying the market, analyzing trends, and identifying emerging opportunities to ensure that we are constantly bringing value to our partners.”

In addition to launching Elective Cosmetics, the team also mentioned that they are working on a couple more projects that will see the light of day very soon. “We are definitely excited to be living in this moment” Rob Egerton commented. “As I mentioned before we have a very experienced, driven, and forward-thinking team with a heck of a vision. I can’t comment too much on the other projects that we have in the works, but I can say that Elective Cosmetics will not be the only announcement we will make regarding our presence in the cosmetic surgery industry – I’ll leave it at that for now.”
