BookJane Giving Back “Sharing is Caring” Holiday Campaign

October 31 19:35 2018

Toronto, Ontario – BookJane Inc. (BookJane) is pleased to announce its “Sharing is Caring” Holiday Campaign, commencing on November 5th, 2018.

Since its founding in 2016, BookJane has been committed to providing the highest quality caregivers to over 500 business clients across the region.  Currently, BookJane has a pool of 5,000 certified professional caregivers, which is growing each and every day.

In addition to the rapid growth of its business, through use of innovative technology, BookJane is able to confidently deliver services at a level of efficiency unprecedented in the caregiver industry.

This season, BookJane’s “Sharing is Caring” campaign is giving back to the community. Clients residing at a retirement living community, or a child care centre, can be nominated to receive a holiday wish to make their dreams come true.

“This is a time of year we want to make sure people in need get that extra gift they would like,” says Curtis Khan, CEO of BookJane.  “Not everyone has the means or family to provide them with that special something during the holidays.”

Through its research over the years, BookJane has realized seniors and children are the neediest this time of year.  “These particular demographics are most in need for a few reasons,” says Khan. “First of all, Christmas is a financially difficult season for many families.  Many people simply cannot afford the additional expenses of gifts.  Secondly, the holidays can be emotionally difficult as well, especially for those who may feel lonely.”

With their “Sharing is Caring” campaign, Khan hopes to help those in need realize their dreams and to bring a smile to their face.  “Giving back is extremely important to us,” Khan states. “We hope our community will participate by nominating a retirement community, or child care centre, so we can spread our holiday cheer.”
