Panama City, Florida – On October 10^th, not only did the lives of the people in the Bay County area change forever, so too did the lives of attorneys and staff at The Law Firm of Caryn S. Fennell. As a condo owner in this area, Caryn Fennell was also affected by the damages of Hurricane Michael. The Category 4 storm tore down building structures and flooded streets, leaving a trail of destruction.

“We can’t just stand around and do nothing,” says Caryn. “We have to help!” And that’s just what the firm is doing. The law firm has partnered with a non-profit organization in Panama City to distribute essential items to families and survivors. The attorneys and staff have traveled to the most affected areas and have been providing door-to-door assistance. They have been hard at work for a week now making sure those who are still in the area have food and other essential items.

“We want to thank everyone who has donated items and made a charitable donation to the efforts of rebuilding the lives of those affected by this tragedy,” says Caryn. Homes were destroyed, lives were lost, and the city (and surrounding areas) were left in shambles. It can take a long time before power is restored and the city is back up and running again. Families are without the basics, such as food, water, shelter, and medical care.
